Masters

Team FLA currently offers Adult (Masters) Swimming at our Delray Beach Site, and is looking into possibilities of expanding to other sites. Masters swimming is a terrific way to meet new people, stay in great shape, hone your swimming skills for triathalons, and/or compete if you desire. We have a variety of different levels, from the novice adult swimmer, to the record setting competitive athlete. All workouts are designed to fit your ability and desired level of swimming, so don’t hesitate to call FLA and try it out.
