Our staff at Team FLA is experienced, knowledgeable and accessible. All Head Site coaches, whether in Miami, Boca Raton or Delray Beach, are Certified ASCA Level 5 coaches, the highest level of Age Group coaching offered in the country. The FLA staff provides an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment while your child is being educated in the sport of swimming and its competitive benefits. The goal for our staff is to teach leadership for student athletes of all ages, through teamwork, proper technique, and gaining a love for the sport of swimming that can last a lifetime.
